Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of any unworn, unwashed, and unused merchandise with original tags attached within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Include a copy of your invoice and mention the reason for return.

  • Customer must return the merchandise via any traceable courier service at their own expense.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

  • All returns must be sent to our Consumer Return Department (address will be provided upon request).

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

1. Complete the Return Form

If you wish to return or exchange any item, please fill out the Return Form and include it in your shipment.

2. Repack Merchandise

Ensure the item(s) and Return Form are packed properly in secure packaging.

3. Ship to Us

Send the parcel via any traceable courier service to our address (details provided when you email us).

📌 Important:
Pickup service is available for Lahore customers only.
Lahore customers can complete steps 1 and 2, then call us for pickup.
Pickup Charges: Rs.100

Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request an Exchange

Email us at officialzartab@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item name

  • Reason for exchange

Our team will guide you and share the return address.

3. Exchange Process

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your replacement will be shipped within 7 business days.

4. Exchange Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • If the exchange is due to an error or a defective item sent by us, we will cover the shipping cost.
